The World War I Cavalry Reenactment was a great event that took place on Sunday, April 29. It was to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I. Many people attended the event and watched the two cavalry horses and riders. The living historians present who were dress in vintage army uniforms taught the many visitors about the horses, the life of a WWI soldier, and the types of equipment they used, from pickaxes and shovels to helmets and gas masks. The event was great and appreciated by many people
